Why do guys always try to bring me food?

Almost every male coworker I have has asked me what my favorite food is or if I like sweets. They will bring me lunch that they bought or made for me or bring me something they baked. I haven’t seen them do this with anyone else. Do they think I am too skinny or something? Do they think I can’t afford food?

All men want sex, but only some want a relationship. Thus, any attractive girl is going to attract many men who just want casual sex from her, plus some who are interested in a relationship. It's critical that women understand that "interest" by default should NOT be assumed to mean "relationship interest" but rather "casual sex interest" until proven otherwise.

Women are the gatekeepers of sex, and that makes it the woman's job to determine the motivations of the man before she agrees to have sex with him. If she is careless about her gatekeeping, then she's going to have undesirables getting past the gate.

She needs to both listen to what the man says, and also observe his behavior to see if the behavior matches the words. If the words are wrong, or if the behavior doesn't match the words, she's in the danger zone with that man. And finally, it's the behavior OUTSIDE the bedroom that she needs to be paying attention to - she should never try to use behavior INSIDE the bedroom (i. e., sexual behavior) to judge his true motivations, unless those behaviors are abuse, in which case his motivations are hardly a secret.
