What are the chances that it’s him that made fake account?

I stop talking to a guy recently almost 3 weeks ago (he broke it off)

I noticed that yesterday new account on Instagram started to follow me (it still has the new account tag). It’s clearly fake account. The account follow 50 other people among them are his brother, uncle and a account of sports organization that his brother is affiliated with.

If among the 50 people he follows, more than 50% is in common with the other dude's follows - there is a good chance that it's him.

And who the fck creates fake accounts. Why..
