    Many things ,
    Maybe he means you are kinda know a lot about sexual things, or you are (excuse me about that) Kinda dirty acting or doing,
    It doesn't necessary mean that because each person usually use some words for specific reasons, I usually use different words to describe normal things so he maybe just mean you look mature or beautiful, only way you can make sure about that is yo ask him, hope you all luck :))
