What does it mean when a guy text you in the early morning wishing you happy birthday even when we haven’t contacted or talked for more than a month?

I mean its hard to believe that I’m still on his mind cause he’s the one who dumped me first. I tried to save the relationship though. So thats why i thought that he just wished me to be nice & also probably cause i wished him on his birthday…..
