@Reem12345reem My ridiculous question illustrates the fallacy in your question. You are assuming that absolute strangers who know nothing about you, the guy, or whatever history exists between you can hear one version of an isolated bit of behavior and interpret it in any meaningful way.

We can't! I could guess, but it would just be a guess. . . a wild guess. . . that more than likely would be wrong. You are searching for an immediate answer to a question that is important to you: does this guy have any romantic interest in you. Unfortunately for you, the answer will become obvious only with some more interactions that show patterns in his behavior, or until he decides to become more assertive and more openly declare his interest.

In the meanwhile, trying to interpret his interest of the basis of the color of his emojis is absurd, but understandable, since your generation does everything by texting. Imagine this: if you two actually talked, voice-to-voice, or in person - like previous generations did - you would already know the level of his interest.
