What’s it mean if a boy sends you a blue heart emoji?

Alright, so, I’ve had a crush on this boy for a while now. And to my luck we ended up best friends and have been best friends for about 3 months. But lately for these past few weeks every night as we’re saying goodnight through our texts, he always sends me a blue heart emoji. Like this:

”Goodnight (my name), sweet dreams. 💙”

And I always send him a purple heart emoji back with my goodnight text to him. Does the heart he sends to me mean anything? It’s confusing me since it’s a blue one..

Also I don’t know if this will help any but last time I saw him we hugged for like 2 minutes straight and neither of us wanted to let go. So I don’t know if he likes me or not! 😬

Each of the heart colours represent something different the blue one shows, trust, harmony, peace and loyalty. The purple one is usually used for fashion type things like showing love for an outfit which you post.
fyi red is love, black is hate or morbid stuff, green is envy or health, yellow is happiness and friendship, pink is for drawing attention to a post
