Why would a girl not make jokes with a guy?

there is this girl who makes jokes with every guy even gets mad at them but there is this one guy that she will nit make fun ir jokes about him
she would not even say the smalles insult or for him not even as a joke
why is it like this?

as a girl, i'd say it's bcs i dont feel that strong connection with the guy to the point i can make jokes with him. or the guy just lacks of humors and boring
