Why does his voice change when he talks to me and damn unrecognisable when he talks to others?

The guy, we barely talk as he is not interested. However whenever he talks to me he has a great manly sexy voice almost sounding very damn attractive that anyone would fall for.

The issue is when he talks to others including other women, his voice is not at all manly. It is any other plain boring voice and barely recognisable. I even thought he had a throat soar until he talked to me and the voice switched back to manly.
