Good question actually. I have always been interested in girls and women, but when I was young I didn't have the guts to approach them out of sheer shyness. Stupid me, right, and that's why my advice for young guys is to just talk to the lady they like, and being rejected is actually not a big deal as I discovered later in life. It seems rather common for as well guys as girls to be shy...

It's common enough but it's not everyone. I was that wear until I wasn't. You might try counseling to get over for social anxiety, or you could just try saying hello. If it's someone you see regularly but don't know their name, introduce yourself.

Is normal but it doesn't happens to everyone. To me, it depends on my mood and on the girl. If we are talking about regular everyday interactions, yeah i'm chill with that most of the time.

I think this is very common among men, especially when we're trying to be brave enough to approach an attractive woman, whom we know we have little chance of dating or being intimate with.

It is common, but not for all men. Mainly because of fear of rejection. I do not fear rejection - just part of life - so I have no problem in this area.
