Why many guys have bad attitude to dating and rather avoid it?

I´d say because they generally don´t have an easy time building up a connection with women. There are simply spoken two kind of guys in this world. Guys that kind of easily have a nice time with girls/women and there are guys that have a hard time finding girls/women that share mutual interests or generally speaken something to talk about and have a good time.
Those guys you´re talking about fall in the last category. I think the biggest reasons guys avoid dating is because it´s hard work for them and everybody knows. Women are probably turned off since they can sense these guys try to play a role. So because some women reject them they avoid investing to not be disappointed.

I think I have an excellent attitude about dating and serving a beautiful woman in absolutely any way she likes, and the worse she treats me, the sweeter I'll be in return, because I know I'm not worthy even to kiss her feet.

Some guys just don't like commitment, and others, like myself, have been so badly hurt in the past, that we've simply decided it's no longer worth it.
