I think a colleague has crush on me. We are teachers of different subjects.
Never talk at work. We just say HI to each orher.

First, he always avoids eye contact with me, he shifts his eyes when i look at him. There are times when he lowers his gaze looking just down ( it happened once when i was talking to him at work) plus, if he talks to me, he blushes right away ( i notice his ears becoming red)

However, lately, i have noticed a change. He started stealing glances when he passes by my classroom ( this occured multiple time) but he never initiates talking a part from ´´Hi’´.

A few days ago, i came up with a plan to indirectly have me on his Instagram, so I DID IT ! He followed and so I did.

Now, he views every story of mine but hasn’t texted yet ! It’s been around one week that we’ve followed each other.. which is weird. I was like: if he was reaaaally into me he would texted me.

I am confused now. 😓
