Always child first. Even my wife would want it that way. Plus the child is probably lighter. My chance of rescuing the child is higher if I can only rescue one.

  I think most definitely lighter because if my child is getting fat, I fix it. I am not going to let them become more and more fat like these American parents. If my child wants second bowl of rice and they are fat, they aren't getting any. They have to slim down first.

  I'm into bicep curls though (cheat curls FTW) and lat pulls like pull-ups and lat pulldowns. I think I can save both most of the time. Especially since my child will be light and not fat at all. My wife also isn't fat. So seems easy to save them both.
