My kids. My kids will always take priority over anyone else. My love for my kids is unconditional , and I'd never jeopardise their safety or life for anyone else's. I'd let thousands of people die if it would save my kids lives

About why I would choose to save my mother first is because she made me the man I am today. I don't know about child but obviously that could change when I become a parent. As of now, I don't like children very much (I get annoyed with them but don't judge me please, I've been like this since I was a baby myself :P ).

Yeah I would also save my mother. Like you, I don't have kids and just broke up several months ago so that answer is easy for me too.
I was inspired by this man in the story. The guy's mother and wife were both drowning and he was closer to the wife. He went for the wife first, then his mother.
