Avoid? Generally speaking men have to specifically seek out dating possibilities.

Guys can skip/pause the dating drama just by living their normal lives without putting in any effort unless they are wealthy celebrities.

Also could be many reasons like they might have enough on their plate as it is or concentrate on their studies/career.

Or they might wait until they have completed a medical treatment, etc.
