If a guy I have been seeing says that he wants to see me, love me, and keep me company, does it mean he is asking for a relationship?

He also says I make him feel free and he can be himself when he's with me.

I mean sounds like he may like u but not asking for a relationship. Honestly with guys and commitment it best to assume there not asking for that unless they are strait forward and say it. Don't assume commitment. If u want that get them to say it plainly

No it doesn’t. Those sound like small advances to wanting to spend time with you / possibly manipulate you into a situation of sex especially if he is saying “love” with no title.
