1.1K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Not much. A few times, usually by kids who were other than me. But it wasn't a regular thing. I pretty much fit in and had cool friends. I also fought back if I had to.
A couple of PE teachers acted like drill sergeants. A Spanish teacher in 10th grade was a total dick and seemed to have it in for me.
I went to a Catholic boy's school in 9th grade. They had an "initiation week" for freshmen. Each freshman got sold to a senior who could do what they wanted to them for a week. Things like pouring Tabasco sauce over your head or making you put eggs down your pants and crush them and walk around all day like that. They dug a pit the size of a grave and filled it with water. I heard that some of the seniors pissed in it. They would make you jump in and stand on your head. It was fucked up.
The year I was there, a brother (like a priest) who had been to Viet Nam and had bullet wounds got the idea of paddling kids during PE for almost no reason at all. He had a paddle like a wide cricket bat with holes drilled in it. He would make you grab your ankles and smack you hard. If you flinched, he would do it again. He was a true sadist.
Some of the teachers got the same idea and started bringing paddles.
One time, I laughed or whispered or something in class and a teacher took me outside. He told me to bend over for a swat and it occurred to me to say no. The guy was totally surprised. He didn't know what to do. From then on, I just said no and got no more paddlings.
When my mom found out what was going on, she told the other parents and they threatened to shut that fucking school down.13 Reply

Now days, they would have sued it or $millions. But the parents were good Catholics who believed that the school was basically good and that some bad apples had gotten away with things that the school wouldn't have allowed it it had known. I, on the other hand, think the school leadership knew exactly what was happening, but they put an end the crap once they were threatened.

Yes, both as a child and in several of my relationships, and in my relationships, the bullying I received was arranged by the woman I was serving, usually by one of her male lovers, for her amusement and sexual pleasure. I served a young Black woman who took tremendous satisfaction in having her boyfriends whip, beat and physically intimidate me in a variety of ways. Maureen loved to watch her boyfriends take a cane or leather belt to my bare bottom and thrash me until I was in tears, and she frequently invited her girlfriends over to watch me get my butt beaten. A couple of women actually enjoyed having their boyfriends punch and slap me, which I also found very exciting, but not as much as when they had the guy tan my hide.

I feel bad, personally, I know if this happened to me, (which is highly unlikely due to my physical stature) I would probably beat the everliving sh*t out of them, matter of fact, I would go after the girls first.
What Guys Said
+1 yI was never bullied, and I look 3-4 years older than I am, so I never really got given a hard time, I am really tall, and I sometimes don't know my own strength, and I was a kid who always wanted a fight with somebody, like, I wanted to fight somebody just to kick their ass.

+1 ySure, I bullied others and others bullied me back when I was in elementary school. Thankfully, I was never bullied consistently.
In middle/high school, I was taller than the other kids and wore all black, but had a very blunt personality. I'm guessing those are the biggest reasons why my skinny ass somehow never got targeted 😂00 Reply
+1 yOf course. All guys have been. Some just don't realize it and accept being treated like shit. Any dude that's ever been in military or law enforcement knows that getting bullied is a fact of life. And when you make or match rank, it ends, or you get to end it. Outside of paramilitary orgs it's more about size and strength, but not always.

Reading some of these other comments, and I have to make an add. Relationships don't count. That's abuse, not bullying. I had an abusive ex too. She wasn't a bully. She was half my size and I could have broken her neck in five seconds, so it had nothing to do with bullying.
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yOh yeah. Probably mostly 6th-8th grade. I think because I was skinny, people thought they could bully me. I'd tolerate it to a degree, and then they would end up on the wrong side of my fist. Unfortunately some of the people who bullied me were teachers and I couldn't do the same to them and get away with it. Chicken shit of them.
00 Reply1K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Yes most of school life because I sucked at sports. There was no sports I was good at. My goal for most of the time was not to be the worst. Being average was perfect for me because that meant someone else was made fun of.

I was small, and nerdy (still nerdy).
Taken up a lot of martial arts, weights, worked as a bouncer now.
A few years ago, I had to serve one of my bullies at my work place, and for a second, I felt that fear in my stomach, then I realised "I could absolutely wipe the floor with this guy... and he's not even worth it"

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yI think everybody has. Some more than others. This one ladyfriend of mine was surprised to find I'd been bullied because I'm a pretty big guy. Anybody can be the victim of bullies. I think this is only a problem today because of how disconnected and selfish society has gotten. I had 2 amazing parents that ALWAYS let me know I was loved. So no bully could break me. Not every kid has that.
00 Reply4.4K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Happily I have not. I would have been a prime candidate being younger than my classmates and outscoring everyone with no effort at all but I guess I was lucky enough to grow up around nice people.
00 ReplyYeah and it created a lot of impact in myself that i have become introvert and sometimes lack confidence

+1 yYes. Just because of my speech impediment. Speech impediment and autism aren't the same thing.
Also people who have either speech impediment and autism aren't retarded. Wonder who teaches the school kids those kinda principles.00 Reply1.1K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Many times.
I wasn’t famous but my bullies are no longer bullies.
