I blocked a guy and he made a new insta to talk to me but has a girlfriend HELP?

Hi! I have known this guy for 3 years. We’ve slept together 3 times…aka once a year. Before I had blocked his phone number but he moved to Italy and got another one and contacted me there. Recently, I blocked his Instagram, WhatsApp and phone number via iPhone and a couple days later I got a follow from a new account with his name on it…… My question to you is…what is this behaviour? Is he psychotic? Also yes he has a girlfriend?

I know it may be a lot, but if your active contact list isn't too large, you should consider changing your number. It seems like the only way he's getting back in contact is because he has your number. Once that's gone, you may be rid of him forever.

After that, if he still finds a way to get in touch with you-- file for a restraining order. It's not too complicated to arrange especially if you have receipts. Beyond not being disturbed, you want to stay safe for the foreseeable future.
