I would think if he says you're attractive he must "like" you to a certain extent right? Or if he says you're the best he's ever had in bed and compliments you all the time... why are guys so hard to read? Help

And, no, a guy can find you attractive (substitute beautiful hot pretty cute wonderful etc.) and not like you.

In the same can have sex with you and not like you.

Or a bunch of permutations of the same.

He's choosing to spend time with you. That's your answer.
