Does it sound like this fake account that belongs to my ex?

A while back I noticed that thia face account that was new started to follow me. It clearly was fake since it didn’t have real person’s profile picture. I noticed this fake account followed my ex’a brother and 2 accounts of business that my ex’s brother is heavily involved with.
