People who ghost do that kind of craziness all the time. And I can tell you even from my end as a guy, women do the same stuff that guy is doing to you. Blocking you yet still monitoring you from another account, ghosting you but then still watching all your social media stories. Ridiculous. I simply let them act the way they want to. Doesn't take anything away from my life.

Don't worry about him. Keep ignoring him like you already said you do. He probably hopes it'll get your attention and you'll try to talk to him. Don't give in and validate him like that. He's an immature loser who obviously wouldn't make for a good boyfriend. At least not right now anyway.
