How to stop taking it as I’m ugly or not good enough when someone rejects me?

Do you like yourself are you confident are you happy are you smart can you smile are you wise do you have a beautiful heart these are all the reasons you should not take it so seriously there's always a reason when somebody turns you down I hated turning down people because I know what it feels like and I've always said to them this has nothing to do with you it's I'm in a relationship right now or I try to explain myself because I don't want them to feel what you're feeling so don't look at it that way don't look at it negative whenever because it's actually a positive you just don't know it yet

The reason why you're thinking you're ugly is because it's happened a few times and when it happens your mind goes everywhere you just have to accept it and move on forget about it believe me your turn is coming your guys coming you just have to be patient

And you also have to realize when somebody turns you down it's for a good reason and it's probably not meant to be anyway and that's what you have to keep telling yourself because it's the truth otherwise it would have went a different way

you can't because that's the whole point of rejection. it is meant to be a personal attack no matter how politically correct people tell you otherwise

even if you have no actual flaws, the person rejecting you perceives you as having flaws even if those flaws are completely outside of your control. all forms of discrimination is allowed in dating from racism, heightism, lookism, ageism etc.

Guys are rejecting you. So you're not living as a traditional woman who attracts traditional men? Rather you are living as a modern woman who chases dudes and/or begs guys for attention? If so then your problem is your approach to life.

Have you always taken it that way? I think you just have to see it for what you I'd because you get rejected doesn't mean your ugly or not good enough it just means your not that person's type. No one person I'd everybody's type understand so they'll alway be someone that doesn't find you attractive just like they'll be some that find you to be very attractive
