Guys, What does it mean when a guy laughs and then ask me a question?

It means that he's very nervous and he's about ready to pee his pants it's taking him a lot to do whatever he's going to do or ask you whatever he's going to ask you but he's trying to catch his breath and speak without peeing his pants all at the same time lol
To be honest I'm not sure I know it's a nervous situation probably and he kind of has to laugh to himself a little bit to keep his mind going like which way should I go what should I say blah blah blah but it's a nervousness I think he's shy probably
