Guys, Is it an insult when men call women "good girl"?

Men tend to do this. They say "you're a good girl" or "you seam like a good girl". Im not 8... what is that supposed to mean?

You men only say "good girl" to us short women? Would you say the same to a woman thats 6 feet tall?

No it's not an insult. One of the nurses at work calls me a good boy. But I think she's flirting w me. I may say it to girls who do things I like, like she would be a good partner. Sometimes I say it to girls in bed, like when she swallows in all her a good girl. No it's not in reference to little girls either.

No. It's the same thing as telling a guy he's a good guy. Take offense if you want, but you can't police someone's speech. Good girl is just easier to say than good woman. They both mean the same thing.
