Why would dumper become more active on instagram?

Before he could go long tine without updating his instagram. Now he’s posting more regularly.
I don’t follow him anymore but my bestfriend follows him.

I don't think the fact that he dumped someone is related to him suddenly being more active on social media. Maybe he suddenly got interesting things to do.

I have no if your friend has anything to do with your ex's behavior though. My guess is that those things are probably unrelated.

Yes it is that simple. I feel like he’s looking for distraction. Me and him used to text daily. Now he’s not getting the same attention anymore
