What does it mean when a guy is always near or close by a particular girl and seems to be watching or interested in what she's doing?

When he does talk to me I've noticed that he sounds a bit shaky in his voice sometimes or he's either bouncing his leg up and down. I've seen him turn red in the face twice while smiling at me. And coworker said she seen him walking by just staring at me not really paying attention to where's he's going. I don't know if he was jealous or not but another male coworker was fooling around with me and I was laughing and telling the guy to stop when I left to get something from my locker I saw him sitting in the break room and the first thing he said to me was " sounds like u guys was having fun out there" I told him oh it was Dalton fooling around and he kind of half chuckled and next day while the 3 of was in the elevator Dalton fooling around again started to flex his muscles telling me to feel on them in front of the other guy and the guy I think might be attracted to me said he acts like a child. So yeah I don't really know for sure if this guy might be attracted interested or what🤷 sorry for the long paragraph I just don't know when a guy might be into me or not don't want to assume the wrong thing.

Sounds like the guy is really in to you, but he's kinda pissed off couse Dalton fools around you, so his Ego feels threatened. So he tries his best to get ahead of things before loosing you (to Dalton), sounds like Dalton likes to "step" on the guy's toes. So from now on is Your move, either you "let the guy" know that you're intetested in him, or hint him, or just let him be and tell him that you're not interested or you got your eyes on someone else. It sounds like the poor guy either doesn't know how "seducing" works or he really has strong Boundaries that he doesn't want to cross..."just yet". Thank you so much for listening to me. I needed someone else honest opinion because I just don't know when a guy is showing interest, but to be honest I like him a lot. My friend at work said that she can see a connection between the 2 of us but she doesn't know if it's a friend thing or a boyfriend/girlfriend thing. And she said he doesn't act like that with any one else. What does it mean when a guy starts blushing he was blushing/smiling so hard while looking at me his whole face turned red this happened twice but only his cheeks got red. I don't know if it was because right before he walked in we started laughing or if he was blushing because of me or embarrassment. How can u tell the difference between blushing because of liking someone or because your embarrass.
