Or this guy British

The first one is actually from Paris. He is some sort of football player.
Anyway, as to the skin tone I used to know a pretty girl named Nathalie from the French island of Réunion whose skin was a lot darker than his. However, her ancestors had been French for many generations.
In a world that define people´s nationality by their passport and some arbitrary imagination. You can idolize what a French or British is supposed but that´s nothing but an idol.

There is a difference between nationality and ethnicity.
Ethnicity is a persons ancestry dna
Nationality or Citizenship doesn’t change a persons ancestry dna or genetics.
Also you can usually tell a persons ethnicity by looking at their last name
.
The non-white people living or born in Europe have a European nationality or citizenship.
They are not ethnic Swedish, ethnic Italian, ethnic German or ethnic English etc
Only white people are genetically European. France and England are both European countries
