I met this french guy at the bus stop. I am studying french philology, and he came to my country like Erasmus student. He started text me, we were having very good, funny conversations as I knew him somehow for a long time. We were talking about relationship and he said he has a girlfriend but she trust him. He asked me out to go to karaoke. I could not go, we still communicated, he liked every my photo. Then he came back to France. Now he never likes my photos, when I write to him he is so happy but do not continue a long messaging. Why? He used to call me ma poule, ma pote.

A lot has to do with being there with you and reacting one way,

then he goes home sees his girlfriend and acts differently now he is away from you.

it’s a bit like holiday romance type things, just with courses etc, they can last a years the other person goes home and things start slowing down and gradually decreasing
