How can you tell if a guy likes you?

I have 3 questions:

1) How can you tell if a guy likes you? Ex: body language, type of hugs, things being said,etc.

2) How can you tell if he likes you or just wants to have sex?

3) How can you tell if he's a player?

BTW would it change if he was 7 years older?

1)

He stares, touches you (not always) - He might touches you with his knee while sitting next to you.

tip: when you will be with him in a bar/restaurant or sth. put your glass next to his and watch if he moves his further from yours, if not he´s interested.

He turns his body to yours (especially feet) even if he´s not talking to you. He mirrors your moves, playfully teases you (in this case, age is not important), leaning towards you, looking into your eyes while talking...

He might make future plans with you, he likes the same things you mention as your favourite, he might say your name often like "I was talking with Jane... ehm Mary!" or " Jane? What you thing about this? Jane, is everything fine? Jane? Jane! Janee!;

joking a lot and then he watches your reaction, asking random questions, talking about his family ...

COMPLIMENTS - not even obvious ones like "you´re pretty!" (you should listen to him carefully)

He likes you

- asks you for a date

- says things like "I have to show you mine favorite place NEXT time" or "You have to get to know XXX" (future plans)

- he might touch you non-sexually

- he listens to you

- he doesn´t ask you about your sex life

He wants to have sex

- can´t stop touching you

- kissing you passionately

- he doesn´t accept NO as an answer (he often asks "Why not?" and keep continue kissing you)

- he might avoid public places while you two are together

He plays games; He doesn´t come across as a shy guy, he knows what he´s doing very well,

You have heard things about his past with girls ...

No, older guys are definitely better to date; they are gentlemen even if they want to f**k you on a first date

I'm curios if girl fit your number 3 would you assume she was a player and just because he is attracted to you doesn't mean he only wants sex and just cus he is pushy doesn't mean only wants sex (I wouldn't be like even if I did)

Body language-he leans in a lot always trying to find ways to touch you when he sees you his face lights up he smiles a lot around you, stares into your eyes, always leaning towards you, bumps into you a lot, you see him staring

If he really likes you he will probably ask you out on real dates or try to find out real things about you and talk about things besides sex and how hot you are. It isn't always easy to tell though but he will want to know about YOU and appreciate you. He won't just want to hang out at night, he will cal you just to talk, etc.

How can you tell he is a player? If he seems too slick and not genuine with the compliments and whatnot and if people say he is. Sometimes if you get a certain bad vibe he may be, trust your intuition.

The age does not matter.

1) "Disarmed" body language- he will not look rigid. Strong, long hugs, maybe with rubbing depending how comfortable he is with you. He'll find ways to compliment you.

2) He will compliment your personality, humor, accomplishments, and intellect more often than your looks.

3) Back to number 2- if he's a player he will only compliment your looks or physical features. Also guys who try to hug you all the time when they don't even know you yet are definitely players. He'll be extremely charming- look for cues he's "practiced" at making moves.

Shouldn't change much based on being 7 years older.

Jump in the pool and start swimming if you want to know the water temperature. There is no easy way to avoid the risk of putting yourself out there.
