What is your personal experience dealing with annoying guys who likes to harass you for fun irl? What did you to to make them stop?

Well typically in my case the bouncers take care of that problem. That is the only time I really get what you would call harassed. Drunk guys will hit on me at work. When they do I typically just brush it off and ignore them. If they get overly aggressive with it then our bouncers will step in and take care of the issue. That is really rare that it gets to that point though. It is really hard to call flirting harassment though.
