Why is he more chatty when he talks to other girls but with me he just says “hi” and maybe a couple sentences after that?

That’s true. Usually there’s someone else around. Once he stopped in his tracks when he saw me and then said hi and talked for a couple seconds and then he just left. He didn’t look relaxed. When he talks to other people he seems way more relaxed.
