I'm a bit confused. Who is "that girl"? There needs to be way more context to what you're asking. Who is the girl? Are they dating? Are they friends? Etc etc. The girl will decide if she will open up emotionally. Guys can't force us to if we aren't receptive to it. I don't open up emotionally to someone until I really know them well whether it is a friend or boyfriend or girlfriend. Once I know them well I will let them in.
