Is there another types of fire weapons, things other than shotgun, assault rifle, SMG, LMG, RPG, Sniper rifle, desert eagle, revolver, magnum, pistol?

I'm confused by this question too. There are hundreds of different kinds of firearms, but most of them fall into 3 basic categories. #1 shotgun, these have smooth barrels and can fine "shot", smaller multiple projectiles for one shell. They can also fine 1 large projectile called a slug. #2 Rifles, these have barrels with spiral grooves in the barrel that cause the single projectile per shell to spin making it more accurate, The velocity is higher in rifles giving them greater range. #3 pistols/handguns. Smaller more concealible. Less range, less accurate.

Some of the other terms you used refer to a weapons "action" (how it works). Machine guns are fully automatic as long as you hold down the trigger it keeps firing until you're out of ammunition. Semi automatic fires one shot per trigger pull. SMG, Sub machine gun is a small machine gun in a subsonic (slower than the speed of sound) Caliber. Assault rife doesn't really have a technical definition. It seems to be used to mean "black scary rifle".

What is it you're looking for here?

All right, I'm still a little confused, but let me see if I've got this right here. You're a gamer, playing 1st person shooter game with little to no experience with real firearms. So you're looking for some type of gun that would be the "super weapon" to give you an advantage or explain why someone else beat you that you feel they shouldn't have been able to do? Is that right, or am I way off?

Ah, now it all becomes clear. The only hand held thing I could think of is the stinger surface to air missile. Every thing else is a mounted weapon.

Desert Eagle and magnum aren't types of firearms.

A Desert Eagle is a just a brand of pistol.

And a magnum is a type of ammunition that's usually more powerful than its parent cartridge or related ammo. For example, .38 special and.357 magnum are both very similar handgun rounds, but.357 has more gunpowder, producing higher pressures, which propels the bullet to higher velocities. You can shoot both in a handgun rated for.357 magnum, but because of the higher pressure, the handgun rated for.38 special can only shoot.38 special.

I would add to your list: battle rifles, carbines, grenade launchers, and anti-material rifles.
