Is there a rule, that I'm not aware of, that girls are not allowed to text first? Why is it that women want to be treated as equals but in some things they still hold on to the gender roles in dating. We had a dance in school which was called the Sadie Hawkins Day Dance, where the girls asked the guys to the dance instead of vice versa. It was great fun, plus us girls learned what it was like to ask a guy out and get turned down. So as it was said in Nike, "Just Do It!"
