Definitely could be the case. I'm taking this to mean his girlfriend is giving you attention and he doesn't like it? Jealousy certainly could be the cause of that since he doesn't want to see his girl giving other guys attention. No one I'm a relationship wants to see that. So long ad you aren't actively seeking attention then that is not your fault and he should be worried and upset with his girl and not treat you differently. You can't control others behaviors.
