Why do guys take creep shots of women?

I'm asking from a feminist perspective, why do men take creep shots of women? I see a lot of photographs on Instagram... Is it really legal?

Actually in most places, you can even legally post them if they were taken in a public place where privacy isn't expected.
But I was surprised that in the US, you can get arrested for sneaking pictures of women's feet! That's so crazy, considering it's just feet, and you can do a lot worse things with her face!
The law and internet regulations are so crazy when it comes to feet! They treat them like breasts. Yet you can take a picture of a woman's ass in a thong and it's completely legal.

By the way, girls do it to guys too. I've caught girls taking pictures of ME and they didn't even try to hide it.

But it's so crazy that you can get arrested for taking pictures of FEET, just because it's a fetish. Like you can't masturbate and get turned on by another part of her, so stupid!

America seem pretty weird when it come to feet apparently, I have never heard of this happening outside of America.
i guess it's more because you take pictures of someone without their consent rather than this, if it really this then it's pretty surprising.

No, it's because they think you'll masturbate to them. But you could just as easily masturbate to another part of their body.

It's actually possible to get "foot raped", but unless it's a really extreme case, I feel most girls would just brush it off. But it's funny how people suck toes for a dare or because they lost a bet, but if they do it because they have a foot fetish, it's suddenly much worse!

I mean they can think what they want but they can't prove it so in France that would be considered as "doubt must be profitable to the accused" If they can't proved the guys is doing to masturbate then he wouldn't get condemned.

I guess the guy had other sexual charges, but the girl who filmed him had no way of knowing that, and I was honestly surprised that held up in court. whether it's legal or not is a question of where you live. in germany, it's not, cause you can generally not take pictures of people without their consent. i think in most states of the USA the law says you can't expect privacy in public. so you should probably not show yourself in public in a way that you don't wanna be tacen pictures of.
