Am I hurt or a narcissist if I’m starting to act like men and lie to them?

I feel bad but I can’t stop. I tell them things I don’t feel just to get what I want. Everything I do I blame the guy I like and think he’s doing the same thing because my first love was just like me now.

That is honestly toxic behavior that doesn’t just belong to men or women. I don’t think you’re a narcissist though and the fact that you’re able to recognize those behaviors in yourself is a good thing. You can’t change and grow if you don’t see something as a problem. I do think you need to heal from your past traumas before getting into another relationship if you’re not in one currently. Therapy is great if you’re able to go because you can talk about how you feel/react to things, they should validate you, and then help you learn healthier coping mechanisms and reactions to situations

Sounds like it’s time to go to therapy and get to the root of why you’re lying? And is it possible to still get what you want by being honest? And why should we assume that this is “acting like a guy?” Aren’t there plenty of men who don’t lie? I think you’re hurt and need to process it with someone.

I'm a guy and I don't act like that. My ex was like that to me. Seriously don't make this a gender thing. And get help please.

Go to therapy, you either have unhealed wounds or trauma from past relationships. Also ur not acting like a guy, it’s not solely a guy thing to act that way, you’re just being toxic
