Definitely normal for most guys to sleep either fully or partially naked (shirtless or only in undies). Full Clothing feels uncomfortable for most guys in bed. It doesn't let our skin relax and breathe freely. In summer it’s pretty bad coz you sweat a lot. All my friends sleep either naked or in their undies. Guys who feel uncomfortable about their junk being exposed or being walked in on, sleep in their undies. For many other guys sleeping fully naked is something to be proud of. I am a guy who has never slept naked but about to be in a situation with my girlfriend before we decide to marry or not and she's asking me to sleep that way.
