its the best sleep I get personally. I don't like the feeling of clothes around me when im lying on my bed trying to sleep. and you get a good breeze all over:D so comfortable.

I have asked myself this question. My guy friends have told me; it's just more comfortable. Easier to adjust the levels of the room temperature with blankets.

I sleep in only a t-shirt. I just prefer to sleep that way. there is no real reason for it.
