You should have that conversation before you send anything. You need to tell them whether or not you're comfortable with them saving your images. You could still tell him you feel uncomfortable with him saving your images and if he respects you, he'll abide by those and unsaved the images.

However, I doubt it's a big deal. Most guys that save nudes just want to remember the sexy image and the fact that you trusted them enough to send it. It's a nice feeling. And it's just a picture in lingerie. You have nothing to worry about.
