How can a guy like a girl he barley talked to?

My brother says he’s in love with a girl he’s only briefly spoken to twice. And he’s showed his kids to her.

He says he’s in love. But this sounds crazy. Is this possible or is he insane?

people who get attached too quickly and put all their love on somebody that barely exists in their reality happens to people who were emotionally neglected as children, they got really good at imagining love where there was none and that saves them as kids but sadly most people continue that behaviour into adulthood

It's not impossible. I fell in love with my current partner just as fast 10 years ago. That said I would urge him not to jump to conclusions. What he is experiencing could be infatuation and not love. It's important to distinct the two from each other.

Men are more attracted to looks biologically, that's why women seek to be pretty. Guys kinda don't care about your personality all too much. As long as you're not a psychopath, he'll grow to love your personality.

I think it‘s possible he fell in love with the image he has of her and the dreams he projects into this person. He probably also finds her attractive. It seems he needs to get to know her better (if she wants to) to verify if his projection is reality or not…
