Why my guy friend always tells his problems to me but when I tell my problems to him he dont want to listen?

He is probably just selfish in that respect. Being a friend is very much a two way street or at least should be. You are supposed to be able to lean on friends in time of need. If he can't be bothered to listen to your problems when you have them that really isn't a good friend now is it? That is someone that just takes and takes and never wants to return the favor. If it were me I would just not bother telling him and go to another friend.

Many people are not capable or don't care to give advice or help other whilst also needing someone like that in their life

Instead of asking us why don't you say to him what you just told us and see what he says
