Why does it seem young male adults have taken an interest in women who are older than them? Some by 5,10, even 15+ years? I'm just honestly curious because I always thought they went for young girls primarily, but it seems recently a lot want older woman. What's your thoughts or opinions?

OK, that's fair. Younger guys like that (18 - 20) tend to be more interested in casual sex than serious relationships, and at that age there are women older than them who are still in their prime and perhaps more willing and more experienced than girls their own age. Casual sex is also much more acceptable today than in the past, so that probably accounts for some of the increase you are referring to.
