Tells you he likes you, gets mad when you don't believe him, stops texting you, likes other girls' photos but not yours, but still follows you.. Why?

If a man says he likes you, rest assured he's telling you the truth. I don't have an answer as to the rest, Im more interested why he wouldn't be believed.

I'll copy and paste it here because I replied the answer to someone else as to why I don't believe him:
- his following list are full of girls whom are half naked (and yes he likes their photos because I peeped it)
-I only get a text from him once a day sometimes he takes days to reply back and comes back saying "sorry I've been so busy" and one time he went an entire week without texting me
- when he gets mad at me he has a tendency to go ghost. Last time he was mad at me I haven't heard from him for over an entire month then when he decided to come back, he came back saying "did you miss me?" Like who does that? Now he stopped talking to me yet again a few weeks ago after a small disagreement and again it's been almost a month. When I texted him, he didn't respond yet I'm seeing his following list increase and decrease and he's liking girl's photos.
- when I try to talk to him he shuts me down and doesn't listen to me and often gaslights me but when I choose not to talk at all he gets mad at me. So it's damned if I do damned if I don't.

I'm 25, I don't play games like this. I've made my intentions clear. I like him like crazy but the thing is we can't keep going on the way that we're going on. I like clear communication. This ghosting bs for over an entire month, I mean at that point you give me no choice but to assume that there's another chick. Yet when I asked him about that he denies that too! But it's too many mixed messages. I'm ready to just move on from him at this point.

I'm highly interested. I'm in love with the man, he's everything I wanted but he's been doing things that guys just don't do when they like a girl.
If he feels that way, I wish that he would just unfollow me and stop coming back to make it easier on me so that I can stop guessing and wondering because he's not communicating clearly about this stuff at all.
