There’s a dude at the gym who I can tell likes (or liked?) me. Obvious signs like following me around the gym, asking questions & heavy (!) eye contact. Sadly I was slow to realise all of this and I think he’s actually quite hot, but he’s seemed to clearly back off & chilled with the eye contact over the last 2 weeks which is fair enough because I didn’t give him much to work with. I’m wanting to ask him to spot me but i won’t bother if he’s completely lost interest. Could I turn this around - would a warm smile help? Or should I close up shop and leave it? Also, is it possible for someone to reignite your interest once the crushing has died down on your end? *I’m aware that people don’t go to the gym to hook up & like to focus on with their workouts, i’ve always been the same… except he gives me butterflies!*
