How can I tell if my crush isn't interested anymore?

She normally shows me signs such as:looking at me when I'm not looking at her (sometimes while giggling), mimicking me, asking people she knows questions about me, showing concern for me if she thinks I’m in trouble, her friends act differently around me, sometimes she blushes around me, etc.

Last time I was over her house, the only things she did were looking at me (which seemed like more of a coincidence then anything), talking about how I got out of my chair the same time her brother did, and saying good night to me (which wasn't solely directed at me).

To top it all off, she refused (in a shy manner) to read something that I found on the Internet that was going to lead into me giving her a "promise to date" ring. Funny thing is though, she showed a few of those "signs" after I attempted this.

Has she lost interest in me or was it just an off day? After all, I heard her talking to one of her friends saying she didn't feel like herself.

I think she might want you to take a direct approach, assuming you want a relationship with her. From what you wrote, I would say she likes you, but she may think your not interested in her at all.

Honestly, I can't explain why she didn't take notice of you at the store. I've done that to a guy I liked before, but I don't know why. I think I was unconsciously afraid that my mom would embarrass me in front of him. I'd known him for years but I was terrified of what my mom would do/say, so I just pretended I didn't see him.

As for why she's not showing as many signs as she used to, she may have lost interest in you or she feels like she was giving to many signs and assumed you'd think she was obnoxious or would get the wrong idea.

The thing is though that I saw her at the same flea market with her mom two months prior to the last time and she noticed me a little then. She looked at me with a smile on her face and waved at me when she first spotted me. When she met up with a few of her friends, she pointed me out to them calling me her "brother's friend".

Well are you friends with her, or her brother? Or both? She may have said "Brothers friend," so she wouldn't be bombarded with questions from her friends, which has happened to me before. But if that's not the case, she might have just said that for no reason. When I saw my best friend (who is a guy) at the store and I was with a bunch of friends, I said my "Brothers friend," because I met him through my brother, and I was used to calling him that since I had met him.

I am more of a friend to her brother than I am to her. One time she was chatting with her best friend on the computer in another room and I heard her call me her "brother's friend." This happened before any of the flea market incidents. I doubt she though that I could hear her from the other room, even though I did. Lately though, I've been hearing her call me by my name. If she's calling you by your name, she either is interested in you and wants to be closer to you, or she wants to be good friends with you. It's hard to tell cause I don't know her personality. Try taking the initiative and talk to her more often, and if she laughs a lot, she probably likes you a lot. If she just smiles...good luck. But if you can make her laugh easily, she's comfortable around you, which may result in her liking you.
