This is where YOU actually have to do something and talk to him, find out how he feels. Keep in mind he has other things occupying his mind besides you. You can't expect non stop attention, you aren't even together.

Not necessarily. I think could be 1. He has no interest in you, never had any interest in you, and you're creating all of this in your head. Or 2. He is interested. But you're acting EQUALLY distant, pretending not to like him and then telling people you like him. Women do this all the time. They like to manipulate the situation, and consider that fair game. Because to her playing games only counts when it's games with HER feelings. Because to many women, guys have no feelings.
