Uh because that's his way of saying fuck you then. It is his way of getting back at you for what you said to him. Question is was it warranted? Obviously there is something that happened to want space and not trust him. Depending on severity the relationship might be caput considering once trust is gone it is hard to get back. I don't know the details because you don't give them but use that time and space to think about if this can be reconciled or not. That's all on you.

A guy won’t just delete you off of everything the first time you say this. It seems to me like this discussion has probably come up plenty of times and he is either sick of hearing it and him not doing anything for him to deserve you saying that to him, OR he is guilty of something and therefor deleted you off everything to avoid the issue.
