Nope that means absolutely nothing probably 90% of the time. Nothing is ever 100% for sure but I would not put too much thought into him being fidgity and stretching. There would be some other for sure signs he was into you if he was. He would be flirting in other obvious ways. What you describe I wouldn't call flirting at all. He is probably bored and tired of work meetings so he gets fidgity. Just a side note never good to date a coworker. That can end in disaster. I only mention because you said team meeting so I assume this is at work and you work with him.
