Yup. That's what that means. If he was into you he wouldn't say that. There is the smallest percentage of a chance that he meant he didn't know what to say about it because he wasn't expecting that out of the blue but I'm talking the smallest of chances that's the case. Like less than a percent. More than likely he rejected you without being confrontational. I guess if I were you chalk that one up to a loss and move on. I don't see much hope. Sorry girl.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say, not necessarily. He could be thinking it over. It’s a lot to take in if he’s never thought about you that (or more likely, tried not to think about you that way, because let’s face it, guys…) In any event, don’t dwell on it. It was a brave thing. Try to act normal. Now it’s his move, but be prepared for, ‘I’ve been thinking a lot about what you said’ in about a week.
