What should I say if my crush rejects me after I confess my feelings for her?

So this girl I really liked, I had problems knowing if she was interested in me due to a situation where she didn't feel like talking to me on that one day when I visited her because she was tired from work (I think) and made an ass out of myself in thinking she wasn't interested even though she said yes when I asked her out in the past. We never technically gotten out ever since then, it was my decision to avoid her because I felt somewhat hurt/disappointed that day.

But these feelings lately have been troubling since I haven't talked to her for weeks now and I just want to be up and front with my feelings even though she should know that I like her by now but whatever I want to move on either way with my feelings out the window.

What should I say AFTER when she tells me she isn't interested or interested no more?

Basically, I am prepared for rejection and I just need some words to say after when I do get rejected by someone I really like or possibly have fallen for.

Yes, tell her how you feel. If she recipocates, great.

If not, just walk away. Don't subject yourself to remaining in contact with someone who doesn't think you're good enough for them. If she's the type who expects to still have some kind of friendship, remind yourself she's not entitled to it, & you're time/energy is better spent on people who do think you're worth it.

So basically right after I tell her how I feel and if she says no, then I shouldn't say anything and just walk away?

Wouldn't that come off as sour? Just asking out of curiosity because I do plan to avoid her and move on in the future if she says no, I just assumed final words need to be exchanged after being rejected by someone I've gotten to know of for months now.

... Alright, whenever I was rejected, I simply told them I never want to leave anything unsaid, & I said what I came to say. After that, IF I see them again, I'm civil. But there's nothing more that needs to be said, & in truth nothing I want to hear from them. I simply move on with my life, & think of them as often as they think of me (next to never or never).

Call it whatever you like, but after enough rejection, you just learn to move on & forget, rather quickly.

It would matter if you were going to berate her after the fact, as that's never cool. A simple smile & goodbye is all you'd need, if that.

I don't think anything really needs to be said. You don't need to apologize for anything, you don't have to explain anything, no need to be rude to her. I would just try to make light of it and say something like, "well you never know til you ask, thanks anyway. Good bye." I don't think you need a big dramatic exit.

Well that's better then nothing I guess because I honestly wouldn't know what to say if someone I gotten to know and like for months now and got rejected just like that. Thanks.

There's really nothing else to say. Everyone gets rejected at least once in their life. It sucks. But what sucks more is if you act like a child and get angry at her for not feeling the same way. Just come back on here and vent to us and we'll talk you out of doing anything stupid.

It depends You can continue to pursue her. You just might get her. But be warned, oftentimes what we want will only end up hurting us in the end.

Ask yourself (And God), "Should I just walk away from this?" Be ready to sever any emotional attachments to her. They will only drag you down and hurt you in the end.

Not sure if you read my question accurately but I basically I will STOP pursuing her after I confess my feelings.

What I am asking is what are some WORDS to say if she says "no" or "Sorry I prefer being friends" or something. I am prepared for rejection and I rather be rejected then confining these feelings I have for and not do anything about it. If I get hurt I get hurt then whatever.

You already have the right attitude about it. But be ready to move on my friend. It is the hardest thing in the world to do, when you have established feelings for her in your heart.

Well I have done that and got shot down so when I told her she said that she liked when i walked her to class then walked away and never gave me a real answer. So I walked away and she never texted me again so theirs my opinion. She won't stick around if she doesn't feel the same way so you may not even have to walk away first. It will be awkward though and that's unavoidable but take a shot.
